Will this website work with mobile devices?

The TVHOG website has not been designed to work with mobile devices. However, it should be OK on the latest generation of 'tablet' devices that support Adobe Flash, JavaScript etc. The website has been tested on an i-pad and on the whole work's OK - with the exception of known i-pad limitations such as no support for Adobe Flash.

If members want to have a mobile enabled version of the website we can evaluate this at some point in the future. Email any thoughts or ideas to the TVHOG webmaster

This website uses Google Calendars - where do I find more information?

Yes, the TVHOG website uses Google calendars to provide it's members with up to date information on a variety of events / information items.

Only authorised TVHOG personnel can add or edit the calendars - the TVHOG webmaster is the controller of all access privileges, so if you think you need to have the ability to add or update the calendars you need to discuss this with the TVHOG webmaster .

The Google calendar help document is below for further reference:

My user id is showing as online multiple times?

If your user ID is showing as online multiple times one of two things has happened:-

1) You have not logged-off from the membership area at the end of a previous session

2) You have logged-on to the website on from multiple devices and not logged off correctly

It is important that you log-off from the members area at the end of each visit. The log-off button is at the bottom of the members area menu page

If you do not log-off correctly and leave multiple sessions active the TVHOG webmaster will clear all active sessions for your user id; if you are online when this happens you will get 'bounced' off the members area.
